This one thing I do

CREATING YOUR FIRST, SECOND & LASTING IMPRESSION: THIS ONE THING I DO (Part 3)

To build mastery at what you do requires a consistent and persistent mastery of the process it takes to get there.

One issue I hear often times is, “I know I have a lot to offer the world or I can do this and that, but I don’t what or which one to do.”

My answer is simple, just start with one thing, yes, just one!

One thing you love to do and want to be known for.

It takes confidence to believe and focus in one area of specialties or skill and then gradually build from there. Because at some point, it may feel like you are being trapped.

It takes maturity to come to terms with the fact that it is better to do one thing well, than to do everything poorly.

It takes a sense of urgency to face the reality that time is running out. The world has been waiting for you to manifest. The earlier you start the better.

But here is the hard truth, every empire or emperor you find today, started from one thing. This one thing they did. One skill, one business, one idea, one blog and after which they then diversified.

Building expertise requires a deliberate focus in one area until that you are known to produce results in that area.

You will know when it is the right time to diversify into other areas of specialty, until then, this one thing I do;

“helping professionals and creative entrepreneurs build exceptional personal and business brands.”

What is that one thing you do?

Let me know your thoughts.
